Speedrunning

One of my most avid hobbies is video game speedrunning. I discovered this as a hobby in late 2019 and currently live broadcast the games I speedrun on a weekly basis. Not only does this hobby put a new & exciting spin on classic gameplay, it also opens up a world of international online communities devoted to all things gaming from the 1980s to the present!

Jeopardy! / Trivia

My second major interest is playing and hosting trivia competitions, most often in a Jeopardy! format. After NYC bartender Austin Rogers won over $400,000 on Jeopardy! in 2017, I was inspired to become a more active player in trivia leagues. In 2023, I also became a trivia writer, hosting custom Jeopardy! games in multiple online servers.

Reading / Writing Fanfiction Works

The most recent hobby that has captured my interest has been exploring the incredibly vast collection of fanfiction stories the Internet has to offer. From modern takes on classic TV shows that ended with an open plot to brand new adventures for iconic video game characters, the freedom and variety of ideas has really got me hooked. Given the amount of time that goes into each work, the fanfiction I am currently writing will be a work in progress for at least the next few months.
